THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Our production process consists of different stages which can be managed independently from each other; for each of these, you have full flexibility to decide whether to entrust the management to us or do it directly yourself.
1. Raw material
We can supply you with
Iron, brass and stainless steel.
If supplied by you, we can work with
Iron, brass, copper, cast iron, steel and stainless steel.
2. Processing of materials
We offer
18 standard machines and processing adapted to your design.
If you take charge of the work
You can supply ready-worked material, leaving only preparation for finishing and subsequent stages.
3. Surface finishing
We carry out
Polishing and satin finishing.
you supply ready-polished material
we also do just the chrome plating.
4. Treatments
We carry out
In-house: nickel-chrome plating, with nickel or flash chrome.
With external partners: other finishes on request (e.g. veneering).
With external partners: other finishes on request (e.g. veneering).
If you wish to do the galvanic coating yourself
We provide you with semi-finished products ready for treatment.
